Your brothers and sisters in Christ are being mercilessly persecuted for their faith in Jesus. Will you stand with them?
- According to a 2018 report by Open Doors USA, a Christian persecution watch group, an estimated 215 million Christians are experiencing high levels of persecution worldwide.
- The Pew Research Center states that over 75 percent of the world’s population lives in areas with severe religious restrictions.
- The US State Department reports that Christians in more than sixty countries face persecution from their governments simply because of their faith in Jesus Christ.
These are our brothers and sisters in Christ and they are suffering barbaric persecution—torture, rape, slavery and murder. We dare not remain silent as these atrocities are taking place. In fact, Scripture commands us to stand with them.
“Remember the prisoners as if chained with them—those who are mistreated— since you yourselves are in the body also” (Hebrews 13:3).
What is truly outrageous is that many of the greatest offenders against people of faith are countries that receive American financial aid—your tax dollars. It is reprehensible and it must stop now. That is why we have created a petition calling upon our government to take a stand for religious freedom and the protection of Christians worldwide—especially in Islamic and communist countries.
This is urgent. Please request your petition today. When you receive it, sign it and return it right away. We will send it, along with thousands of others, to our leadership in the House demanding that our government act immediately to DEFUND nations that persecute our Christian brothers and sisters.
On behalf of persecuted Christians worldwide, thank you for requesting your petition today.
