I stand with D. James Kennedy Ministries and countless concerned citizens across the nation in urging you to carry out your responsibility as laid out in the Constitution to give advice and consent, not to politicize the nomination of Judge Brett Kavanaugh to the Supreme Court of the United States.

I ask you to move swiftly and fairly, so that Judge Kavanaugh is confirmed and seated by the opening of the High Court on the first Monday of October. There is no reason to delay. Judge Kavanaugh is a highly qualified judicial nominee, in the mold of the great Justice Antonin Scalia. He is committed to upholding the Constitution, life, and religious freedom.

I respectfully urge you now to quickly confirm Judge Kavanaugh, a conservative nominee who recognizes the Constitution as authoritative and values America’s rule of law and our Judeo-Christian heritage. I consider this to be one of the most pivotal issues on which you will ever cast a vote. Please do what is right and confirm the President’s nominee.
