Join the Call to Confirm Judge Barrett to the Supreme Court

In an inspired choice, President Donald Trump has nominated Judge Amy Coney Barrett to become an Associate Justice on the U.S. Supreme Court.

Judge Barrett is exceptionally well-qualified to serve on the Court. She graduated Notre Dame Law School at the top of her class and clerked for the late Justice Antonin Scalia before becoming a litigator and law school professor.

And beyond her personal qualifications, Judge Barrett—a wife and mother of seven children (two adopted from Haiti), and a dedicated Christian—is committed to the rule of law.

When President Trump announced her nomination, Judge Barrett said:

I clerked for Justice Scalia more than 20 years ago, but the lessons I learned still resonate. His judicial philosophy is mine, too: A judge must apply the law as written. Judges are not policymakers, and they must be resolute in setting aside any policy views they might hold.

That’s what makes Judge Barrett supremely well-qualified to serve on the High Court. And it’s why the Senate MUST move forward to confirm her nomination in a vote BEFORE the election.

Sign the petition below. Urge Senate Judiciary Committee Chairman Lindsey Graham to bring her nomination to a committee vote. And tell Senate Majority Leader Mitch McConnell to hold a full U.S. Senate floor vote to confirm her nomination without delay!
